THE “IVAN PATZAICHIN” MEMORIAL ENSEMBLE

On September 8, 2023, the “Ivan Patzaichin” Festival officially opened the Ivan Patzaichin Memorial, a monument dedicated to the Olympic, World, and European canoe champion.
The memorial was created through a collaboration between the Ivan Patzaichin Association – Mile 23, Tulcea County Council, and Tulcea City Hall.

KOTKI visuals produced 3 video mapping projections:
Tulcea Art Museum – an artistic interpretation of the museum’s best collection.
County Employment Agency Tulcea (AJOFM Tulcea) – Danube Delta-inspired visuals.
Tulcea Research Institute – a visual presentation of the life and legacy of Ivan Patzaikind.
